Mito has a staff of expert engineers and skillful teams. The rich variety, high quality and originality of the products, reflect the company’s experience and enhanced know-how to full extent.
The whole designing, modeling, casting, moulding, production and development processes of towel radiators and of additional specific needs are realized, from A to Z, in company’s own facilities and by its own expert staff.
In order to attain a long-lasting color, all the painted products, after welding, cleaning with various chemicals and tests under 12-bar-pressure, are coated with zinc-phosphate. And only after coating, they are thoroughly dried, painted with polyester paint and kilned. The company uses RAL 9016 in standard products, but is also able to apply all internationally acknowledged RAL and other metallic paints to its products.
The pipes and tubes of the chrome coated products are polished in the company plants and tested under 12-bar pressure. The products, after cleaning, polishing and coating in chrome, are presented to the market in accordance with the international standards.
The annual production of the company has reached to 550,000 pieces and is continually growing. |

By means of the marking system, our radiators are being marked with a unique serial number at the first stages of production. |
Our company has realized the first of a kind in its own field in terms of product traceability. By means of the marking system, our radiators are being marked with a unique serial number at the first stages of production. Our radiators are provided with a perfect traceability feature during production, before, and after sales via this number acting as some sort of identity number which is unique for each radiator.
The production and quality control reports are being filled in at many locations depending on these serial numbers printed on the products in our plant and being entered into the central system by operators on real time basis. Thanks to such reports, the responsibility of the personnel working on the product become formal therefore, reflecting positively on the product. The processes within each step of the production are being matched with a serial number and an employee so that the products are provided with a family tree consisting of personnel and processes. Thus, the detailed information regarding when, where and by whom each product was handled in terms of orders, personnel, machinery and processes is kept in the central system. All types of data and statistics on productivity and losses within the plant are being taken from the central production system. The improvement and development works are being continuously maintained under the light of such statistical data obtained on production within our plant.
The increased traceability and supervision on the production of the product is the greatest factor which provides the full reflection of the quality approach of our company which continues its production in accordance with international standards on the product.
